Members of Congress Decry Gross Errors in ‘Stimulus’ Tracking, Again Urge Gov. Strickland to Create Independent, Bipartisan Panel
In light of numerous state and national news reports detailing wasteful spending and inaccurate reports surrounding the massive “stimulus” bill passed earlier this year, Ohio’s eight Republican members of Congress today sent a letter to Governor Ted Strickland (D-OH), again urging him to establish an independent oversight board to ensure Ohio’s “stimulus” dollars are spent effectively and transparently.
